HYPE with architecture by Austin Maynard Architects and built by Markscon.

It’s 100% electric (no gas) and powered by 100% renewable energy, targeting an average NatHERS rating of 8.5 stars out of 10. With Clifton Park at your doorstep and Gilpin Park just across the street, the design embraces its unique setting with windows that invite natural surrounds in at every opportunity.
