In collaboration with Up Property and Clarke Hopkins Clarke, Tract secured planning approval for this new residential and mixed-use project along the Malop Street Green Spine – in the heart of Central Geelong.
The project includes 214 apartments, a portion of which will be affordable housing, alongside 96 serviced apartments and 250 square metres of retail. Close to Geelong’s thriving arts and culture precinct, future residents will enjoy access to shopping, employment, health services and the waterfront all within easy walking distance.
Above a four level street wall, varied building heights of 13, 14 and 16 levels, private balconies and a landscaped communal rooftop will capture stunning views of the bay.
A new laneway connection has been achieved through the continuation of Powell Place – increasing pedestrian permeability, activation and contributing to the CBD’s emerging laneway culture. The proposal will bring an injection of life into the CBD, with residential, retail and serviced apartments supporting a 24-hour economy.
