Our 2024 WGEA Statement

We deeply appreciate and consciously value the diversity and inclusion of all people and equity within our workforce. This flows through to every aspect of our design practices and workplace.

Our ethos recognises that to be at our best and our strongest, we must build on our diversity, foster belonging, support inclusion and drive equity. Doing this enables those who work with or alongside us to feel able to bring their fullest contributions.

We believe we all have a role to keep contributing, progressing and owning our individuality, while planning and designing spaces, including our workplaces, for the uniqueness of everyone around us.

Our culture

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia, their Elders and ancestors. We recognise the rich heritage and profound connection to Country of First Peoples, including their influence on land, waters, sky and community as skilled land shapers and place makers, which has endured for millennia.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Tract acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea, community and culture. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
