Tract's Urban Design team was engaged by Mirvac to prepare a master plan and subdivision concept for the Smiths Lane new community in Melbourne's south-east growth corridor.

The Tract team is collaborating with a comprehensive team of specialist consultants, which commenced with a review of the overall Precinct Structure Plan to ensure a strong vision for the community through the master planning process. Tract is working through a range of detailed and concept design phases for Precinct 3 and 4, as Mirvac continues its civil construction roll-out and residential and open space delivery of Precincts 1 and 2.

This 200-hectare site will eventually include 2000 new homes, a town centre, active open space, a school, a community centre and 30 hectares of passive open space and creek reserves.
