Tract secured town planning approval for Halcyon Greenhaven, a new land lease community for Stockland in Armstrong Creek, helping bring to market a thoughtfully planned over-55s community in one of Victoria’s fastest-growing regional locations.
Just 10 kilometres from Geelong CBD, the project responds to strong demand for lifestyle-focused, low-maintenance living, with close access to the Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and key local amenities.
The approved community will deliver 345 homes across 17.2 hectares, designed to support liveability, connectivity and accessibility through generous open space, strong internal amenity and convenient links to the surrounding area.
Located near Warralily Shopping Centre and Sparrowvale Wetlands, Halcyon Greenhaven has been shaped to support ageing in place, with everyday convenience and community at its core. Clarke Hopkins Clarke’s architectural design creates a welcoming, high-quality built form response as part of a wider multidisciplinary project team.
Working closely with Stockland, Council and the consultant team, Tract helped navigate the planning pathway to support a proposal that balances market demand, place-based design and a strong sense of community.
