Commencing in 2007, Tract undertook the landscape architecture and site planning and master planning and design for The Hermitage, Camden with 2000 dwelling mixed use and residential development on the former Camden Golf Resort site, and adjacent land holdings.
The site is part of the Turner Road Precinct GCC release area, and straddles the headwaters of South Creek.
The planning and development process has been extremely complicated, including constraints due to infrastructure and utility delays, as well as changes in ownership and development priorities.
Throughout the last 10 years, Tract has prepared numerous master plans, as well as detailed plans for DA’s and construction of the initial sub stages and land releases. We are currently involved in the preparation of riparian zone and local park designs.
