Tract is one of 36 design practices that have co-signed an open letter of support for the Uluru Statement from the Heart and the establishment of a First Nations Voice enshrined in the Australian Constitution.

As members of the Architecture + Design Reconciliation Industry Network Group (RING), we are committed to advancing reconciliation in Australia.

Our commitment to reconciliation is grounded in the knowledge that we shape places and spaces on Country that have been named and nurtured by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for tens of thousands of years.

We support the principles of the Voice and the desire of First Nations people to have their position heard on legislation, policy and programs that impact them.

We have been holding information sessions for our employees regarding the Voice to Parliament to aid in understanding the referendum and to provide a chance for thoughtful and respectful engagement as we continue to educate ourselves on this important opportunity.

We remain committed to extending our Reconciliation Action Plan and to working together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people for a more reconciled nation.
