Employing a range of strategies, our spaces are adaptable from daytime to night and throughout the seasons, promoting 24/7 and year round use.

We provide adaptable landscapes that can accommodate everyday active and passive recreational uses, as well as cultural events.

We recognise that every place is unique, and so is its community. Considered and responsive engagement is key to understanding what makes places work, and what people need.

Our engagement approach and strategies are designed carefully to each project context, guided by IAP2 principles to ensure engagement is authentic, meaningful, rigorous and captures insights that genuinely support project outcomes.

Regular participation in ‘safety in design’ workshops and assessments ensures that our spaces are safe throughout the day and night.

Seamlessly integrating hostile vehicular measures, our thoughtfully designed open spaces maintain visual transparency for all user groups.

A critical part of our role is to understand place deeply, and to support connection with Country in a way that meaningfully informs our projects.

• Working with cultural advisors to lead and coordinate meaningful engagement and relationship-building.
