Jubilee is a new masterplanned community delivered by Lotus Living that celebrates community and lifestyle.
Located approximately 40km west of Melbourne CBD within proximity of the Wyndham Vale Regional Rail Link and Manor Lakes Central shopping centre, with Werribee CBD only 10km away.
Once completed, it will be home to approximately 20,000 residents.

Tract’s Landscape and Media teams have worked closely with Lotus Living to prepare a masterplan and vision for Jubilee and its neighbourhoods, to deliver quality streetscapes, wetlands and parks for a thriving and growing community.

‘The Mill’ neighbourhood has been delivered with a network of pathways and parklands with an array of activities to cater for all ages. The parks consist of basketball facilities, lawn kick-a-bout areas, toilet facility, BBQ and picnic facilities as well as adventure playgrounds, scooter track. A wetland has been delivered with a shared use path and fitness stations which loop around the water body. The wetland also offers a boardwalk through aquatic planting and viewing deck to provide an interaction with the thriving local flora environment and fauna habitat within Jubilee.

Future precincts include employment, sports, neighbourhood centre, school and a second private residential club, as well as a drainage network with wetlands and parkland interface with the Werribee River.
