The NSW Government has recently released a series of strategic planning policies, plans and discussion papers to guide the future growth and development of Sydney, and the State.
The documents released include:
- A New Approach to Strategic Planning: Discussion Paper
- Draft Sydney Plan
- Draft Statewide Policy for Industrial Lands
To help understand what is being proposed, our Town Planning team have prepared a series of articles with our preliminary analysis.
The documents are currently on public exhibition until 27 February 2026.
