Tract has assisted the Ross family since the mid 80’s to convert this 45Ha coastal property into a new, upmarket residential address in Portsea.
Tract co-ordinated the initial site planning, master planning and then the rezoning of the land in the 1990’s to allow for multi lot subdivision of the property.
Tintagel is approximately 45ha in size and enjoys absolute beach front location with it’s boundary to the Point Nepean Coastal Park.
The staged subdivision of the property has responded to the ‘cups’ topography to ensure new dwellings will form a part of the natural landscape.
The owner of the property Portsea Land Pty Ltd has enshrined height limitations and building form controls through design covenants. These design controls ensure an integrated development outcome and has established Portsea Estate and the first stages of housing off Stonecutters Road as a high quality living address.
Tract continues to seek planning permits for ongoing staged subdivisions of the land. It has been a project over 30 years of duration. The Ross family continue to maintain direct involvement in the development outcomes at the site.
Over this timeframe Tintagel Estate has become a landmark living destination for Portsea.
More recently Tract has assisted the Ross family to introduce wine tasting and sales facilities to compliment its highly successful vineyard known as Portsea Estate winery.
Tintagel Portsea Estate is a truly remarkable property and it has been a pleasure of Tract to guide the family over the journey.
