Located in Clyde North, Meridian is a masterplanned community featuring a vibrant and diverse open space network, including parks, wetlands, green links, entry reserves, and shared paths.
To communicate this vision effectively, Tract’s Media team delivered 3D visualisations and fly through video, providing stakeholders and the community with an immersive experience of the future environment. Working alongside our Landscape team, we created detailed 3D renders and animated fly-throughs that showcased the design intent for Meridian’s open spaces and key destinations. These visualisations served as essential tools for stakeholder engagement and marketing.
Our visualisations highlight a range of unique spaces, from nature play parks, complete with hand-carved timber animals, to the expansive 3-hectare Tree Tops Park featuring a basketball court, off-leash dog area, pump track, and towering play structures.
Sustainability is embedded in the design philosophy and reflected in our visualisations. An integrated water management overlay incorporates raingardens along the main boulevard, enhancing the streetscape while managing stormwater. Passive drainage systems channel water through swales in the reserves, reducing infrastructure load. Two large wetlands treat runoff from the development, supporting ecological health and water quality.
Beyond static imagery, our team produced a fly-through video combining aerial perspectives and animated sequences. Through advanced 3D visualisation and video production, Tract transforms planning concepts into engaging experiences, helping stakeholders and future residents connect with the vision for Meridian.
