Like anything that is to grow well, a new community requires good preparation and ongoing care to thrive.
Tract have been involved with Kingsfield Estate since the beginning, having been engaged to deliver masterplans, landscape concepts and renders that have since been followed through to the construction and maintenance of reserves, public open spaces, entry features and streetscaping for several stages.
Situated on the east of Sunbury, some 30 km to the North-West of Melbourne, Kingsfield Estate enjoys dramatic topography where creeks have wound their way through the western plains forming steep gullies that drop away to reveal unspoilt views of the city skyline.
Tract is also in the process of overseeing the rehabilitation of these areas to gradually transform former farmland towards pre-colonial ecologies that will provide habitat for the endangered growling grass frog as well as wide open spaces for residents.
These works include revegetation, pest control and weed management by specialist contractors to ensure all adheres to comprehensive Conservation Management Plan.
Providing added amenity to residents is a foremost consideration for developer Moremac and Tract has found particular satisfaction in fulfilling the client’s vision to build temporary sports field to provide a community assert rather than sit idle until development in the future.
By continuing to provide high quality landscape that serves the needs of residents and the environment Tract looks forward to contributing to an estate where community and conservation grow together.
