On behalf of Delfin Lend Lease, Tract Consultants coordinated the development approval for several further development plan areas within the Edgewater site. This has provided a new and dynamic residential precinct along the waterfront and a new benchmark in planning and design for the west of Melbourne.
This vibrant harbourside precinct is utilised in a number of ways, including residential apartments, terrace homes and high quality public realms.
Tract was also responsible in obtaining approvals and providing key strategic advice for the residential apartment buildings at the lower harbour precinct and across the escarpment. The Lakehouse, The Marina, and The View apartment buildings developed by CVC Venture Managers have set a new standard of living and will endure as landmarks within the landscape.
