Tract is developing the planned estate of 2000 apartments at 164 Station Street Penrith, after successfully winning The Beacon Landscape & Public Domain Design Competition for the site.

Our role includes the interfacing of the built form with open space layouts for each residential tower.The project is anticipated to be delivered in 7-8 years.

Three distinct areas totaling 10,000 square metres, comprising of a Dry Creek park, Central Hub and Community Park are planned with our guiding vision of “Bringing People Together” where the project will demonstrate the Greener Places policy established by the Government Architect of NSW.
Project elements include accommodating overland flow paths, water management to maximize on site retention and reuse, maximizing permeable surfaces, plant selection that will provide specific microclimate attributes to assist with the extreme in heat and cold of the locality.

Green and blue connections linking the site to its neighborhood will be incorporated into the estate.

Specific features include accessible nature and structure based playgrounds, community and floral gardens, central outdoor kitchen and water play.
