International Women’s Day 2018
On this International Women’s Day, we reflect on the significant contributions women have made to our practice, the industry and more importantly, to the shape of our cities.
With roles in leadership, company strategy, industry representation and project management, we would like to thank the women of Tract for the dedication, creativity and passion they bring to every project, every day.
We harness the strength that exists in the diversity of our colleagues to make us better designers and planners, ensuring that our future cities are inclusive places that cater for all.
We are also honoured to be the first practice to join the pledge to support AILA’s Gender Equity Study in researching the reasons behind inequality amongst the landscape architecture industry.
Whilst the industry can always do better, through further research we hope to make conscious and informed decisions to improve equality for all.
