Wyndham Harbour is situated within the flat plains of Werribee South adjacent to Port Phillip Bay. The frist stage in the planned redevelopment of Werribee South, Wyndham Harbour has been masterplanned to deliver on its promise of premium waterfront living.
In addition to luxury townhouses, designer apartments, residential dwellings and a state of the art marina, Wyndham Harbour will include expansive beaches and a vibrant Marina Square comprising shops, waterfront dining and a Marina Club.

Wyndham Harbour when complete will form a major centre for recreational boating, entertainment and community events as well as supporting local tourism.
In addition to encouraging indigenous fauna to the site, the exclusively native and indigenous plantings will contribute to the high quality of design of both the public and private spaces . Whilst considered planting along streets and in residential yards combined with the recreation of an indigenous coastal dune system will contribute to favourable views to and from the Bay.
Valuable indigenous remnant vegetation currently on site will be reinforced and protected throughout the development, while the wetland and open space areas to the north of the site enable the generation of indigenous flora and fauna habitats. The wetlands additionally contributing to an ecologically sustainable water treatment program. Sustainablity has been a key focus in all levels of planning of the project, the intent being to benefit both the public and the environment.
Wyndham Harbour will be developed in stages. Stage one, the construction of the Marina Quays apartments commenced in early 2013 and the first stage of the marina is scheduled for completion by late 2014 - early 2015.
