Eden, Haven & Sanctuary
(Acacia Place)

Eden, Haven and Sanctuary comprises a spectacular mixed-use development in Abbotsford. Integrating with the riverfront through a mixture of entrances that were well articulated and gradual setback of the facade, this 567 apartment development, shows innovation and pioneering courage within its surroundings.

Eden, Haven and Sanctuary displays superior planning and design; the integration of community entrances, incorporation of two cafés, 13 boutique office suites, yoga studio and art installations have been a great addition to the Project's community hub.

Central South Yarra

Central South Yarra is a 30-storey mixed use development positioned just 20m from South Yarra station, providing a strong focus on connectivity and liveability.

Catherine Booth College

Through exceptional design and planning. The Salvation Army's Catherine Booth College development successfully turned an old school site into a residential college co-located with three Salvation Army schools.
