From courtyard gardens to the planning of cities, designing the places we inhabit is about people.
The site informs the design, but there are many things that cannot be seen about the site concerned with the social and cultural context. Through collaboration with clients, the community and other design professionals, we achieve design solutions with civic benefits.
From inception and design to construction and habitation, the design process turns full circle to inform our understanding of how people and place affect each other.
As designers and planners, we believe we have a responsibility to give back to the community wherever possible.
Tract encourages staff to participate in charity events, blood bank donations and contribute time to social and community based projects.
On top of this Tract raises money for mens health issues through active participation in Movember.
